"All is well?!" A question we answer with "yes" far too often, although it is not true at all. Just like our bodies, our psyches can also become ill. But what exactly is our "mental health" suffering from? Is it society that makes us ill, the crises, life in general?
In this theme room we try to find answers - without prejudice and in open exchange. Can we shape our relationships in family, school, work and social media so that we suffer less psychologically? What can we learn about mindfulness, how to strengthen our physical resilience?
