Regis "KinRe" Molina is a composer and improviser from Havana, Cuba, currently residing in Berlin. His music styles range from Afrocuban music up to the endless colours of modern Jazz. Regis Molina has shared the stage with many greats including Chucho Valdés, Estrellas del Buena Vista social Club and Afrocuban All Stars, Duquende, Jeff „Tain“ Watts, Till Brönner, Birelli Lagrene, David Gilmore, and many more. With his Berlin-based trio Tree-O Regis "KinRe" Molina invites the viewers on a musical adventure through continents and cultures.
Since 1975, the Quasimodo has been one of the oldest clubs in Berlin's cultural landscape and one of the most renowned live music venues in Europe. The initially jazz basement, in the truest sense of the word, became the musical home for many international artists of the most diverse genres. Under the Delphi-Filmpalast in the heart of Berlin, this musical cult club developed into a popular venue for jazz, blues, rock, latin, soul and funk concerts and music with quality.
